How many people are in each class?
Depending on the day of the week and time of day, our class size ranges between 8 and 20 participants. To ensure a personalized experience, however, we add extra instructors to help with larger classes.
I’m new to kickboxing. Do you have beginner classes?
Actually, each session is open to all levels so you’ll always be surrounded by people with your same skills, beginning to advanced. In fact, members enjoy the structure as long-time members often help out newbies with support, encouragement and skill-building. All classes are open to beginners at all times.
I’m struggling with my eating habits. Can you help?
As health and wellness experts, we combine fitness and nutrition tips in order to help you achieve your goals. If you prefer one-on-one guidance, we can set you up with a personal consultation where your specific questions can be answered by a knowledgeable professional.
How many classes per week are recommended?
With regularly scheduled classes available seven days a week at our Vancouver location, we strive to make it easy for members to attend as many classes as they prefer. A majority of our members, however, attend about three classes a week to achieve the results they’d like to see quickly and safely.
Don’t I need to be in great shape to start?
Absolutely not. One of the many benefits of kickboxing is that it can be done by practically anyone, at any fitness level. Each workout and exercise can be modified and performed at your own pace, allowing you to advance your skills when it works for you.
How long is each class?
You’ll complete your full-body workout in just 60 minutes.
Do you have kids classes?
Our program is for anyone age 13 and over.
What can I expect from my class?
First, expect to have a surprisingly good time. Second, we combine aspects of cardiovascular training, stretching, and resistance training to help you stoke your metabolism and build lean muscle. With consistency, you’ll soon be showing off your toned arms, tight butt and thighs, and sculpted core.
